    Hi, I am the Santa Cruz Tallboy 5 C R!

    As a reliable partner for adventurers and adrenaline lovers, I am designed for both short, intense rides and extended days on the trails of the best trails. Thanks to my sophisticated VPP™ rear suspension, I combine efficiency with performance and have already won a loyal following for myself.

    I am made from the legendary stable and stiff C Carbon. With a travel of 130 mm at the front and 120 mm at the rear, I am both a cross-country bike for downhill riders and a downhill bike for cross-country riders.

    My geometric alignment and frame stiffness are individually tailored to each rider, regardless of his body size. This way, every rider benefits from a balanced geometry for optimal riding behaviour. Larger riders generate larger loads, so I adjust the stiffness for each frame size to ensure that every rider receives the same, perfect ride quality.

    By significantly reducing the maximum anti-squat value compared to previous Tallboy generations, I have greatly reduced the interaction between suspension and drive while significantly improving responsiveness.

    I am equipped with a "Tool Wallet" and "Tube Purse" that you can store in my down tube. This way, you have everything at your fingertips when you are on your adventure.
