Hi, I am the Ibis DV9 GX!
I present myself as a versatile carbon hardtail that will safely accompany you from the launch pad to the jump line, even allowing for a session on the pump track in between. As a lightweight bike, equipped with the latest geometry, I meet the highest demands and offer a lot of performance.
My 29" wheels and tires up to 2.6" prepare you for any terrain. The 66.5° head tube angle and my ultra-playful 425mm chainstays guarantee an exciting but controlled ride. A low standover height improves the fit for riders with a shorter stride, while the seat tube angle allows for an efficient and comfortable riding position regardless of the rider's size.
I'm equipped with internal cable routing that makes assembly easier and protects the frame. In addition, I have room for two water bottles in the front triangle of the frame, even on the smallest model. My thick rubber protection on the down tube and chainstays dampens noise and protects the frame. I also have a simple but elegant, adjustable chain guide that allows you to go full throttle without losing your chain.
Whether you prefer the comfortable and safe riding feeling that 2.6" tires offer, or the rapid speed of weight-conscious 2.25" tires, I offer both. As your perfect team player, I'm ready to respond to any challenge and support you in achieving your goals.
